Section: General News - Narathiwat governor, Mr. Pracha Terat, has disclosed that the Islamic New Year Festival will be held next Tuesday, February 15th, in Narathiwat province.

February 11th, 2005 is the New Year for the Muslim religion, when Muslims all over the world celebrate their New Year festival every year. However, Muslims in the south of Thailand will celebrate the Islamic New Year Festival on February 15th this year, at the Prawitsukontha Laohakul conference room, in Narathiwat province.
