The Cardinals and Red Sox have been at this baseball thing a long time. The Cardinals franchise traces its lineage back to 1892, and the upstart Beantowners came along nine years later. Over the past century, the teams have built impressive fan bases, and it could be argued that the two cities are the best baseball towns in the world.
