1 Play the matchups. By this point in the season, you know which teams rebound and defend poorly and which ones are turnover-prone. Set your lineups accordingly. For example, seven of the eight teams that allow the most points are in the Eastern Conference. Look for stretches of games against these teams to jump-start your numbers.
2 Make a category grab. Evaluate your team's chances of catching up-or holding a lead-in key statistical categories. Then choose the categories that will net you the most gain, and go after players who are dominant in them.
