New York -- The Commercial Mortgage Securities Association has released the latest version of its investor reporting package.
The trade association representing the commercial mortgage-backed securities industry reports that version 3.1 of its CMSA investor reporting package will become effective on Jan. 31, 2005.
Initially adopted in 1997, the IRP is updated occasionally based on feedback from CMBS industry participants.
Version 3.1 of the package has some minor changes including a total loan report, an advance recovery report and some clarifications to the portfolio review guidelines, the CMSA said.
