Expect the Dolphins to take a long look at Florida State's Alex Barron, who is considered the best left tackle available and has been likened to former Seminoles star Walter Jones of the Seahawks. The Dolphins also desperately need a running back, and Cedric Benson of Texas and Ronnie Brown and Cadillac Williams of Auburn are considered the best. But that is a deep position in the draft. If the Dolphins decide to take a back, they likely will try to trade down from the second overall spot.... Texas OLB Derrick Johnson and Miami (Fla.) CB Antrel Rolle figure to be two of the most coveted defensive players. The Ravens had a history of pursuing those two positions when Phil Savage, the Browns' new G.M., worked in Baltimore--and now those are areas of need in Cleveland, which has the third overall pick. Johnson also would be an ideal fit for the Raiders, who are adjusting to a 3-4 scheme and need playmakers at linebacker. The defense-starved Chiefs also would love to land Rolle and plug him in immediately at nickel back.... Given the Browns' uncertainty at quarterback, Savage also is taking a hard look at Cal's Aaron Rodgers, an accurate passer with good mobility. Don't expect Savage to be scared off by Rodgers just because former Cal QB Kyle Boiler has struggled since being drafted in the first round by the Ravens in 2003....
