The Road Haulage Association has hit out at the Vehicle and Operator Services Agency for publishing 'rubbish' on the Working Time Directive. The RHA says that guidance from the agency on the directive is full of 'major errors'. The mistakes seem all the more astounding given the agency's future powers to enforce the rules, which come into force in March.
