SEOUL, Jan. 12 (Yonhap) -- The government plans to establish a dispute settlement panel to handle sensitive energy and environmental issues, including the selection of nuclear waste sites, officials said Wednesday.
The body will be placed under the National Energy Commission that will be launched in the first half of this year and chaired by President Roh Moo-hyun. The commission will serve as the top reviewing body for various energy and resource management policies.
