NEWARK, Del., Jan. 12 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Reading coaches can make a profound difference in high schools, according to President Bush, who spoke today at JEB Stuart High School in Falls Church, Va. The International Reading Association agrees that reading coaches are uniquely positioned to improve student achievement. At the same time, school districts need to recognize that, at present, people with very different job responsibilities and training share the same title.
