MINT, a credit card division of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), won the 'most innovative marketing/advertising campaign' award at the Financial Innovation Awards 2004 in late November.

The awards are given by the UK's Institute of Financial Services (IFS), a financial education and support organisation.

The IFS praised MINT's marketing creativity and the success of its eye- catching "Get MINT. What's Stopping You" campaign.

The company's credit cards are available in classic, gold and platinum, though MINT was also praised for the introduction of the 'innovative' mc2 credit card shape, the first change …
