As a woman in the aerospace engineering field, I find myself in a very male dominated environment. When I graduated from Purdue University IN with a BS degree this past May 2006, my class had very few women. Since there are virtually no aerospace jobs available in my home state of Indiana, I have had to go elsewhere for internship experiences. (I've already interned in Texas and Pennsylvania during college.)
