Integrating a social justice mission on campus.(National Association for Women in Catholic Higher Education)
Social justice may be somewhere in your school's mission. It is the mission of Cabrini College PA. "For us the mission is a very practical, active thing," explained Margaret Fox-Tully, VP for mission integration and human resources.
Mission integration is a young field, giving oversight to make sure a school's mission breathes through everything it does. At the National Association for Women in Catholic Higher Education (NAWCHE) symposium in June, she and Dr. Jonnie Guerra, VP for academic affairs, explained how Cabrini College integrates its namesake's legacy of educating hearts for social justice.
