A Poll on the far left Web site DemocraticUnderground.com asked: Which is more depressing, 9/11/01 or 11/2/04? Around 70 percent of respondents chose 11/2/04. * Hip-hop performer KRS-One "cheered when 9/11 happened," reports the New York Daily News. He claims that when blacks saw "the planes hit the building, we were like, 'Mmmm--justice.'" * College Republicans manning a voter drive table at San Francisco State University were harassed by members of the General Union of Palestinian Students, who dumped food and drinks on the table while shouting obscenities and threats. A female Palestinian student screamed, "The only way we can defeat you is to kill as many as possible! I'd rather die a suicide bomber's death than to call myself an American!" The administration has handed out some punitive measures-not just to the harassers, but to the College Republicans as well. * A study by the Center for Media and Public Affairs found that John Kerry received the best press in almost 25 years. Over 75 percent of news reports on Kerry were positive. * An editorial in the Paris paper Le Monde observed that "America has become more conservative, more religious, and more unilateralist." * An ABC News poll found that 56 percent of Republicans are satisfied ...
