National Association of Seadogs, otherwise known as the pyrates confraternity yesterday reviewed the state of the Nigerian nation and warned that its survival as well as the sustenance of democratic rule could only be guaranteed if the Federal Government convened an unteleguided national conference to decide the future of the country and reform the police along the lines of adequate liberal and broad training in law and respect for human rights.
