BY ALAN YORK A YOUNG Wakefield mum had a premonition that she was going to win at bingo, even though she hadn't played for six months.

The 26-year-old, who doesn't want to be identified, hadn't bothered with the numbers game since the birth of her second baby.

But over Christmas she had such a strong feeling that she was on to a winner that she went on Boxing Day ...and scooped more than GBP101,000.

The lucky winner was at the Gala Club in Denby Dale Road, Wakefield, with her partner's mother, who had introduced her to playing bingo three years ago.

She won the National Bingo Game prize of GBP100,000, plus a further regional prize of GBP1,224, and the club prize of GBP74, having completed a full house in 44 numbers - the lowest call in 500 clubs playing nationwide.
