PRAGUE, Jan 1 (CTK) - A 26-year-old Bulgarian citizen died in the centre of Prague in the early hours of New Year when he succumbed to stabs he suffered in a skirmish of two groups of foreigners, police spokeswoman Eva Miklikova told CTK today.

The brawl started at around 3:00 a.m. when two Russian- speaking men attacked another three foreigners, one of them the above Bulgarian.

A German-speaking man suffered a light injury and was taken to a surgical department.

Miklikova said that another man was allegedly injured, but he fled.
