A TOTAL of 672,351 people have been given jobs in the first 10 months of last year by the public employment service offices (Peso) of the Department of Labor and Employment.
Labor Secretary Patricia Sto. Tomas yesterday reported that on top of regular job seekers, disadvantaged persons were also assisted and placed in jobs by the nationwide Peso network.
