WHAT if she called a special session and nobody came?
This could well describe President Macapagal-Arroyo's recent call for a three-day special session of Congress which is in danger of not drawing a quorum.
Two congressmen yesterday said Malaca[currency]ang should have conducted a head count of Congress members before the President called for the special session on Jan. 5-7 next year.
