MANDALUYONG has decided that the best way to resolve issues concerning its senior citizens is to manage all of them under one organization.
The Federation of Senior Citizens of Mandaluyong (FSCAM) was updated so that it will have a more systematic way of coordinating with its members. This was decided after several meetings with the chairs and officials of the city's 16 barangays.
The organization of the FSCAM will begin at the barangay level.
Each barangay will form a chapter complete with its own officers who will look after their members.
