Driver's side air bag could fail.
Products: 955,000 minivans including Chrysler Town & Country, Dodge Caravan and Grand Caravan, and Plymouth Voyager and Grand Voyager. Recall also includes 246,000 more of the vehicles, most of which were registered in Canada. Hazard exists because of a potential electrical problem involving the clockspring, which supplies current to driver's side air bag, cruise control, and horn.
