Taipei, Dec. 22, 2004 (CENS)--Leading Taiwanese light-emitting diode (LED) suppliers Harvatek Corp. and Everlight Electronics Co., Ltd. have projected to begin delivering white-light products based on Osram's technology in the first quarter next year. Both firms companies expected revenues from white-light diodes to rise to NT$30 million (US$937,000 at US$1:NT$32) a month
