BANJA LUKA, Dec. 18 (ONASA) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic for the Saturday issue of the Banja Luka "Nezavisne Novine" paper that the solving of the Ante Gotovina case would not be problematic if the Croatian authorities knew his whereabouts.

Mesic said that, even though the ICTY Chief Prosecutor Carla del Ponte does not believe so, the Croatian authorities have found no evidence that Gotovina is somewhere in Croatia.
