BANDAR SERI ISKANDAR, Dec 18 (Bernama) -- The Royal Malaysian Police elite 69 Commando Battalion of the Special Operations Force will have its own marine unit next year.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Mohd Bakri Omar said the battalion would be equipped with the necessary equipment and craft for marine operations.
