Mohan Sahay in New Delhi Dec. 19. - With a majority of Bihar Congress leaders telling Central party leaders that embracing Lalu in the Assembly elections would be suicidal, the Congress is faced with Hobson's choice. An internal assessment by the AICC has identified 125 out of 243 Assembly seats that the Congress must contest no matter who its allies are. But Mr Lalu Prasad is not willing to give more than 43 to the Congress.
