MORE than 150 people went looking for adventure in Canberra and found that bike-riding, kayaking, orienteering and golf came their way.

The AROC Sport Adventure series started in Canberra yesterday with 57 teams of three competitors enrolling for the race at Gungahlin Lakes Golf Club.

From there they had a surprise bus trip to Bruce TAFE, where they completed an orienteering leg.

When they finished the orienteering the teams picked up their bikes and rode to Lake Ginninderra, where they went for a kayak, got back on their bikes and rode back to the golf club and headed to the driving range. Organiser Alina McMaster …
