Denmark's North Jutland County has entered into a partnership with TM Software Theriak. The partnership entails the live deployment of the Theriak Medication Management software in healthcare institutions within the county (Nordjyllands Amt). This live deployment is a sequel to a successful pilot project started in 2003.

By implementing the Theriak Medication Management software, North Jutland is complying with legislation passed by the Danish state and the alliance of county councils, calling for implementation of a medication management system before the end of 2005.
