Telecommunications mogul and Econet Wireless founder Strive Masiyiwa has sold off the Associated Newspapers of Zimbabwe (ANZ) group, publisher of The Daily News and The Daily News on Sunday, to management.

Masiyiwa, who has confirmed the transaction, said he would issue a statement on the matter in due course.
