Bangladesh troops seize arms in Chittagong Hill Tracts.

Bandarban: Bangladesh Rifles (BDR) seized another huge cache of arms including sub-machine carbines, Stenguns, rifles and more than 12,000 rounds of ammunition from Chikonchhari of bordering Naikkhongchhari upazila [subdistrict of Chittagong Hill Tracts Division] yesterday.

But the BDR members could not arrest anyone in connection with the gun running and find out which groups have brought the arms into the country.

The seized arms and ammunition are seven 9 mm sub-machine carbines with 37 magazines, eight 9 mm Stenguns …
