BEIJING, December 16, SinoCast -- In the wake of the successful acquisition of IBM's PC unit, Lenovo recently signed an agreement with the blue giant on PC after-sales arrangement.

Lenovo's PC after-sales services in the overseas market will be outsourced to IBM Global Services, a customer service center that provides technical services through outsourcing to customers. And Lenovo and Blue Express Computer Engineering Technology Co. Ltd. will jointly be responsible for PC after- sales services in the domestic market.

Lenovo plans to pay a total of HKD 5.5 billion to IBM for the after-sales services for consumers. As of …
