IWK OBTAINS SUMMARY JUDGMENT AGAINST COUPLE.

KUALA LUMPUR, 14 Dis (Bernama) -- Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd (IWK) obtained a summary judgment from the Magistrate's Court here today against a businessman and his wife for RM4,970 in arrears for sewerage services rendered.

The company is also claiming interest at eight per cent per annum on the sum until the date of settlement from Yong Sieng Kooi and his wife, Ong Ching Yan.
