BOSTON, Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The head of the Boston University Presidential Search Committee today announced that Spencer Stuart, a respected and worldwide executive search firm, has been selected to help the group identify candidates for the top job at the 165-year-old institution.
David F. D'Alessandro, who both leads the search committee and serves as vice chairman of the Board of Trustees, said that Spencer Stuart was selected because the firm "distinguished itself by demonstrating a breadth of resources, an extensive academic network and an abundance of analytical skills that will be invaluable as we examine the many outstanding options we will have."
