U.A.E.: Khalifa restructures Abu Dhabi Executive Council; names Mohammed as Chairman.

The President, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, named Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi General Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan as Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council. This was according to an Amiri Decree No. 25 for 2004 issued by Sheikh Khalifa in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi.
Sheikh Khalifa through an Amiri Decree No. 27 for 2004 appointed Mohammed Ahmed Al Bowardi as Secretary-General of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council with a status of chairman of department. Sheikh Khalifa through Decree No 26 for 2004 restructured the Abu Dhabi Executive Council to include the following officials:
