ISLANDIA, N.Y. (AFX) - Information technology management services provider CA Inc., formerly known as Computer Associates, said Monday its shareholders voted to re-elect all 11 members of the board for one-year terms.

The company, which is still recovering from an accounting scandal that dates back to 2000, said approximately 92 percent of outstanding shares were represented either in person or by proxy at the meeting. CA estimates its directors received about …
