Nov. 26--Caezer Ulysses of Saint Albans, Queens, never made it to sleep Thanksgiving night. Instead, he and his girlfriend pulled an all-nighter, driving from Queens to Riverhead to shop for specials at Wal-Mart before venturing to the Tanger Outlets. They arrived at Wal-Mart at 3:30 A.M., and already there was a line.
"It was crazy," he said, standing at Tanger's Timberland outlet several hours later. "I'm not doing this again," he said firmly.
