Air France-KLM to drop Paris-Nancy/Metz flights when TGV competition hits.

PARIS (AFX) - Air France-KLM said it will cancel its flights between Paris and the joint airport for Nancy and Metz next summer, when a new high-speed TGV link is due to open in eastern France.

"The new competitive outlook leads us to suspend this route to and from Paris," Gilbert Lalanne, the airline's regional director, told AFP.
