adds more info in paras 4, 10-16, 19. -------------------- Brno, South Moravia, Sept 12 (CTK) - Iva Brozova whom President Vaclav Klaus tried to dismiss from her post in February remains chairwoman of the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court ruled today, upholding Brozova's complaint. The court has abolished Klaus's decision. Brozova said in her complaint that her dismissal contradicted the Constitution and in addition, was not sufficiently justified.
