Sep. 8--There's no need to end your summer early. The 16th annual EvansFest begins Saturday with host of activities for all ages. "This is going to be one heck of a fun day," said David Christopher, executive director of the Evans Chamber of Commerce. Events start at 7:45 a.m. with a fun run followed by a pancake breakfast and ends with a fireworks display at Riverside Park, 4000 Riverside Parkway.
