MELBOURNE, Aug 31 Asia Pulse - GasNet Australia Group (ASX:GAS) has recommended its shareholders accept the $A452 million ($US344.27 million) bid from Australian Pipeline Trust (APT) (ASX:APA).
APT split from previous bidding partner Babcock & Brown Infrastructure Ltd (ASX:BBI) to make an independent $A3.10 per share offer for GasNet earlier this month.
