Q My notebook PC keeps turning itself When it restarts, I send a report to Microsoft. It replies to me with the message: "Virus alert: A virus has been detected on your computer". I have Norton AntiVirus on my system and have now downloaded Windows Defender to help sort out the problem. This says the notebook is running fine, but after half an hour it restarts again.
