PARIS (AFX) - JCDecaux SA said it will buy VVR-Berek, an outdoor advertising company in Berlin owned by Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), which runs the city's public transport system, following a call for tenders from companies across Europe.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. VVR-Berek had sales of about 27 mln eur last year, and has a portfolio of 1,400 billboards and …
