EASY DOES IT
I wanted to make things for people like me, who don't change their jewelry every day or with every outfit. L.A. is so casual. Usually I'm in cargo pants or peg-leg jeans-between Paige Premium and Tsubis, I'm set-with a tank top and Havianas flip-flops. Here and there I'll put on a Mayle dress, or this white tunic shirt from Stella McCartney that I wear every which way, with pants, as a minidress, or over my bathing suit at the beach. All I need is my vintage red Chanel bag and a few of my own pieces, like the hammered-gold hoops or some thin diamond-studded bangles, to hold any outfit up.
EARTHENWEAR
My line is inspired most by nature. It started with the leaf, and there's the wishbone, and now I'm doing acorns after a friend of mine sent me one that she found on her plantation in South Carolina. I'm also making good-luck charms, evil eyes, and horseshoes, though my latest project is a locket for Kirsten Dunst's character, Mary Jane,
