Billy Tessner of Blacksburg, South Carolina, was called by his alarm company on Good Friday at about 4 a.m. to report that his business' alarm had been activated.
He arrived at his business, Tessner's Garage, in time to see two people fleeing the scene. The burglars got in a car and began to speed toward Tessner, and so he shot at the vehicle, hitting the radiator and a tire.
