Autodesk, announced the merger of its two existing Media & Entertainment developer programs, Autodesk Sparks and Alias Conductor Programs, under the global Autodesk Developer Network (ADN). New and existing members will be joining a full service, worldwide developer program that has more than 2600 members worldwide. The program, titled ADN Sparks, will align the developer programs of the former Discreet and Alias organizations and better serve Autodesk's media and entertainment customers.
Autodesk acquired Alias in January 2006, and has integrated both Alias and Discreet into its Media & Entertainment Division. ADN Sparks offers a unified developer network for all Autodesk partners, with increased benefits and a streamlined process for Autodesk's development communities.
