Feb. 1--DECATUR -- CCG Construction Co. LLC lost out to East Lake Management & Development Corp. of Chicago to be the developer on the first phase of the Wabash Crossing housing redevelopment on Decatur's near northside.

Then the Decatur company lost out to CORE Construction of Illinois, based in Morton, to be the general contractor for the project.
