Jan. 27--CHAPEL HILL -- The Town Council sent an architect back to his drafting table on Wednesday on the initial design for a new office and condo building in Meadowmont.
"Let me be blunt," said Councilwoman Dorothy Verkerk. "There's nothing about this plan that I like."
