Dec. 29--PORT ARTHUR, Texas -- A "For Sale" sign sits in front of Landry's Cajun Eatery on Twin City Highway in Port Arthur.
Although the cafe is closed, the fire it sparked when the owner applied for a license to sell mixed drinks still is smoldering.
City, chamber, convention and visitor's bureau and other officials are hoping to douse it permanently.
