Nov. 12--GENUINE MEXICAN HOME COOKING has migrated way north of the border and settled in the Franklin Mall opposite the Decatur Law Enforcement Center.
Tita's Cafe opened two weeks ago and is serving breakfast and lunch with plans to add dinners after Thursday.Nov.18 "I haven't really done any advertising so far but people are finding us by word of mouth," said Steve Hudson, who owns the restaurant with his Mexican-born wife, Esther. "It's going very well."
