Nov. 18--CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- A neighborhood group formed in response to a proposed development on Erwin Road would like the Orange County Commissioners to support an alternative park plan for the site.
The Erwin Area Neighborhood Group, formed from representatives of 19 neighborhoods, would like the Duke University-owned land next to Duke Forest to be used as a gateway to the New Hope Creek Corridor.
