Nov. 17--INSPIRE PHARMACEUTICALS has closed on its public offering of 2.5 million shares of its common stock, netting the company $42.3 million.
The sale included an additional 330,000 shares sold to the underwriter, Deutsche Bank Securities, as part of its over-allotment option. The shares were sold at $17.10 each....
