Oct. 21--CARRBORO, N.C. -- A local developer has proposed an 80-home subdivision along Homestead Road that would go in just south of the planned Winmore development.
The Zinn Design Build company submitted plans to Carrboro on Wednesday for the subdivision, which would be called Claremont. The developer has scheduled a neighborhood meeting to provide information on the plans for Oct. 27.
