Sep. 7--GOOD SERVICE CLOSES THE SALE: Recently, Marc was shopping for a new car. He narrowed down the basic type of car that he wanted, and there were about six different brands that fit into hit list. Marc took the time to test drive each car at least once and talked with each of the sales people several times.
